A passion for tahina

Founder Yuval Königstein: “For me, tahina has always been a natural part of life – an integral part of our family meals and an important flavor in our kitchen. When I moved to Germany, that was exactly what I was missing: high-quality tahina as I knew it. The tahina I found here just couldn't keep up. So I decided to take it into my own hands – with the goal of creating the taste and quality I wanted.”

What started as a small idea quickly developed into a passion project. Yuval not only wanted to select the best organic sesame seeds, but also to understand and perfect the entire production process. Today he says: “It was worth it. With a lot of patience and dedication, I managed to produce authentic tahini – right here in Germany.”

Freshness, quality and tradition

At Yuval's Tahina we rely on the best ingredients, traditional methods and modern technology. The sesame seeds come from controlled organic cultivation and are gently roasted and ground in stone mills. This way, all the valuable nutrients and the full aroma are retained.

Whether for hummus, salad dressings or as a dip - our tahini adds a creamy, nutty depth to any dish. We also offer various spreads that offer even more ways to enjoy.

Each batch is produced and tested with great care so that we can ensure that only the best makes it to your table. For us, Tahini is more than just a product - it is our passion. And we are happy to share this passion with you in Germany and throughout Europe.
